den Den
Den/den refers to denier: a unit of weight for textiles, also known as titre denier (Td) or silk titre. Indicates the weight of 9000m of fibre in grams. For example, 150den means that 9000 metres of fibre weigh 150 grams. The smaller the value, the finer the fabric (e.g. microfibre of less than 1den). In German-speaking countries, the term dtex is usually used.
